Hybrid versions get 36 mpg overall, but they're slower than the regular Civic and have suffered hybrid battery failures.

There have been meaningful changes shoppers should be aware of. What has not changed is that the Civic is a great value, regardless of the trim you opt for.

So, you are a die-hard Honda shopper and owner, and you are going to buy a practical Honda in the Civic’s price range but you really want/need all-wheel drive.

It’s made even better by the choice of adding AWD. Every Camry has a spare tire. So, if you want what the Civic Gozque offer but also want AWD and a spare, cross shop the Camry.
